Created by a clinical social worker and yoga instructor, InBodied Yoga is a body positive approach to movement and self-care.
This is a unique opportunity to practice yoga in a non-judgmental, non-competitive, body positive environment with a therapeutic yoga teacher and psychotherapist. The focus of class will be on tension relief, stress management, and self care. We will move through a gentle, accessible warm-up, followed by restorative yoga postures, pranayama, and meditation. This class is suitable for beginners as well as more experienced practitioners.
Class instruction and sequencing is trauma-informed, HAES-friendly, and therapeutic.
